Linklaters is rehiring banking and financial services regulation partner Marc Perrone from Freshfields in Paris to enhance its ability to help clients make transactions subject to increasingly complex regulation, the firm said Tuesday.
At the same time, Linklaters is also hiring financial markets regulation partner Mariken van Loopik from De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek in Amsterdam.
