Allens is advising TPG Telecom on the US$3.5 billion sale of its fiber network and fixed line business to Telecom network provider Vocus, maintaining the law firm's strong position on telco deals.
"The acquisition will position Vocus as a key digital infrastructure operator in Australia, with an extensive integrated network of high-quality subsea, metropolitan, intercapital and regional fiber with significant breadth and scale," Vocus said in a statement.
