Linklaters has counseled Omani energy company OQ Exploration and Production (OQEP) on its $2 billion initial public offering on the Muscat Stock Exchange in addition to advising shareholder OQ, the energy and investment holding company owned by sovereign wealth fund the Oman Investment Authority.
Linklaters' team was led by Jason Manketo, a partner and global chair of equities based in London and Dubai.
