Latham & Watkins is among the firms advising a private equity consortium on their share purchase agreement of the education company Nord Anglia Education.
The sale of Nord Anglia, an international schools organisation operating more than 80 schools in 33 countries, has been given an enterprise value of $14.5 billion.
