White & Case, Clifford Chance and regional law firm Ibrahim & Partners are advising on the IPO of hypermarket and retail company LuLu on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.
LuLu plans to list 25% of its shares on the ADX through an IPO. The offering will be open from October 28 to November 5, with the company set to float 2,582,226,338 shares at a nominal value of $0.014 per share.
