Kennedys is set for a leadership shake up, with the firm naming a new global managing partner and its long-standing senior partner Nick Thomas standing down, according to people with knowledge of the situation.
Thomas has led the Global 200 firm as senior partner since 1997, having been re-elected to the role unopposed in 2007, 2012, and 2017. It is unclear if Thomas was elected again to another five-year term in 2022 as the firm did not make an announcement, but if so he would have been due to finish his current term in 2027.
