Linklaters and Stephenson Harwood are advising as U.K-based taxi group Addison Lee is bought by Singapore-listed transport company ComfortDelGro.
ComfortDelGro announced yesterday it had reached an agreement with Addison Lee to acquire the company for £269.1 million via its U.K. subsidiary CityFleet.
