Italian law firm BonelliErede has hired two private equity lawyers from Chiomenti.
Franco Agopyan and Giovanni Colantuono will join the firm as M&A partners. Agopyan will co-lead the private equity team alongside its current leader and the firm's managing partner, Eliana Catalano.
