HSBC is conducting a review of its panel of legal advisors, amid a major corporate restructuring of the bank.
The review, which is ongoing, is expected to conclude by the end of this year, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M.
