African law firm Bowmans has hired Deepa Vallabh, one of Hogan Lovells' outgoing partners in Johannesburg, to expand its M&A practice.
Vallabh, who had previously led M&A teams at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr, CMS and Webber Wentzel before joining Hogan Lovells last year, starts at Bowmans' Johannesburg office today. She is bringing a former Hogan Lovells associate along with her.
