Greenberg Traurig has recruited a partner-led banking and finance team from Dentons in Warsaw to boost the project finance capability of its finance team in the city.
The seven-lawyer team is led by new shareholder Piotr Nerwiński, who joins as head of project and structured finance. He leaves Dentons after 10 years as a partner, including about 18 months co-leading its banking and finance practice.
