With France's new parliament pushing for tax hikes on business and wealthy individuals to close a huge budget gap, DLA Piper has named its Paris tax practice leader to head its French branch.
DLA Piper said Fanny Combourieu became its country managing paper for France effective November 1, replacing employment law partner Philippe Danesi, who joined the firm's executive committee the same day.
