Marco Buschmann, a former lawyer at White and Case in Dusseldorf, resigned as German justice minister on Thursday as the country's three-party coalition government collapsed amid a budgetary dispute and the firing of finance minister and FDP leader Christian Lindner.
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, leader of Europe's largest economy, will continue governing with a minority government made up of Social Democrats and the Green Party until early next year.
