The Serious Fraud Office has instructed companies to "get their house in order", with the U.K. government publishing eagerly anticipated guidance on its new "failure to prevent fraud" offence.
The stark warning may alarm certain in-house lawyers, with the implications for companies described by some in the legal world as "seismic".
