Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, a global, 1,300-plus-lawyer firm, announced Tuesday that 44 lawyers firmwide have been promoted to partner, in what a source confirmed is the firm's largest-ever promotion class.
The new partners work in New York, Washington, D.C., London, Brussels, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Houston, and Palo Alto, California. Practice areas represented include registered funds, private funds, litigation, M&A, banking and credit, capital markets, securitization, executive compensation and employee benefits and real estate.
