Ashurst has hired former Ernst & Young corporate tax disputes litigator and investigations attorney Morgan Vail as a partner to boost its Paris office’s transactional tax practice.
Vail’s LinkedIn profile says he has experience dealing with French and European authorities on tax issues including audits, litigation, policy and rulings, and that the experience has helped him advise clients including French and foreign multinationals and small companies.
