Spanish energy company ACCIONA Energía has agreed to sell a portfolio of hydroelectric plants to Endesa for €1 billion, with lawyers from Pérez-Llorca, Deloitte Legal and White & Case behind the deal.

Endesa, a Spanish electric utility company, agreed to purchase 100% of Corporación Acciona Hidráulica, a portfolio of 34 hydroelectric plants in Spain with a total installed capacity of 626MW. The plants are located throughout the regions of Aragón, Navarra, Soria and Valencia.
