White & Case, Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and French firms Gide Loyrette Nouel and Cabinet Bompoint are among the firms working on what is set to be the largest London IPO in two years.
In late October, French media giant Vivendi announced its plans to spin off its premium broadcasting arm Canal+ on the London Stock Exchange, according to the IPO prospectus.
