Gaillard Banifatemi Shelbaya Disputes (GBS) is deepening its roots in the Middle East and North Africa, positioning the firm to meet the region's rising demand for international arbitration expertise.
GBS, with offices in Paris, London, and New York, was set up in 2021 by eight former Shearman & Sterling's arbitration partners, including global arbitration heads Emmanuel Gaillard and Yas Banifatemi.
