DLA Piper's Paris office is bringing in a three-lawyer, partner-led restructuring and special situations team to rebuild its practice after losing a prominent team to Paul Hastings earlier this year.
DLA said Simmons & Simmons partner Sandra Esquiva-Hesse and her two-associate team will join its finance department on Dec. 2.
