Europe’s litigation funding landscape has yet to be roiled by the disclosure dispute that’s divided funders and opponents in the U.S., according to participants at an New York University School of Law forum Thursday, although one European expert found common ground with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in pushing for greater transparency.
