Kennedys’ chief risk officer has had allegations brought by the Solicitors Regulation Authority dismissed at the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT).
Andrew Coates’ case was due to be heard alongside BDB Pitmans partner Dennis Ko, formerly a partner at Kennedys; however, before the hearing commenced, Ko’s case was resolved.
