In 2024 alone, Barratt Redrow's head of legal and compliance, Phebe Hemmings, has navigated the housebuilding giant through a £2.5 billion merger, an antitrust investigation, and is preparing for a Supreme Court case in December.
It comes at a time when Barratt is going through a period of change, with Hemmings overseeing a legal panel refresh and targeting higher quality, 'one-stop-shop' external advice.
