Tech giants Microsoft and Apple have both been targeted with class actions in the U.K. Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT), as collective proceedings against corporations show no sign of abating.
Microsoft is facing a £1 billion lawsuit by U.K. businesses and organisations over allegations the technology giant overcharged for its products.
