Lebanese lawyers say they are cautiously hopeful after the dramatic collapse of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's 24-year regime, although concerned that cross-border tensions could escalate and threaten Lebanon's fragile ceasefire with Israel.
Elias Chedid, managing partner of Chedid Law Offices in association with Dentons in Beirut, called the fall of Assad a tipping point.
