Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison has landed another mandate for the private equity firm General Atlantic.
General Atlantic, which already owns similar products such as Duo-Lingo, announced on Wednesday it had acquired the listed corporate digital training and learning tool Training Learning Technologies Group for £802.4 million.
