Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Slaughter and May are advising as private equity firm KPS Capital Partners acquires INEOS Composites from INEOS Enterprises for approximately €1.7 billion.
INEOS Composites, a part of chemicals company INEOS Group, is a global manufacturer of resins and gels used in the production of plastics. It employs 900 people worldwide.
