Clyde & Co. has appointed four new partners to its projects and construction, and dispute resolution practices in the Middle East as it seeks to build a large international practice in the Kingdom.
Saudi lawyer Talal Al-Othman is experienced in commercial arbitration and commercial litigation before the Saudi Commercial Court and Board of Grievances. With a background in private practice, and fluent in both English and Arabic, he has held senior positions at public sector and government-owned entities.
