Compensation is the top reason Canadian associates stay at their firm, according to a new survey released Monday.
In its first-ever study of associates in the Canadian marketplace, the NALP Foundation for Law Career Research and Education found salaries, followed by work-life balance and career path, were the three main factors associates weigh in deciding whether to leave or remain at their firms.
