Bird & Bird is advising on a claim issued by 61 current and former Vodafone franchisees, who are suing the telecoms giant for £120 million.
The group allege that commission payments and remuneration owed to them by Vodafone were “cut drastically and with little or no explanation”—with severe effects on their mental health.
