Members of Canada’s legal profession are mourning the recent loss of two prominent colleagues.
Alan Young, a lawyer and retired Osgoode Hall Law School professor, passed away on Saturday at age 69. According to friends, he died of urothelial cancer which was already at an advanced stage when he was diagnosed about a hear and a half ago.
