A Croatian businessman has enlisted De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek to launch a €2.8 billion legal claim against Croatian government figures, and two state-owned Russian banks.
Ivica Todorić has said he is targeting those responsible for the administration of his former business, food and retail group Agrokor—from which he was removed in 2017, when it entered state-appointed administration.
