The Serious Fraud Office has charged five individuals, including the CEO, in relation to the collapse of law firm Axiom-Ince and the alleged "improper use" of £60 million of client money.
The legacy firm’s CEO and director Pragnesh Modhwadia has been charged alongside co-director Shyam Mistry and Chief Financial Officer Muhammad Ali with two counts of fraud by abuse of position.
