Cox & Palmer, one of the largest full-service firms in Atlantic Canada, will merge with Benson Buffet in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, come February.
Cox & Palmer has 10 offices and 200-plus lawyers in Canada’s four Atlantic provinces, with more than 30 of them located in St. John’s where it has been practicing since the 1950s. Benson Buffett, established in St. John’s in 1980, has 15 lawyers in St. John’s and a strong focus on business law and civil litigation.
