A former Ashurst partner has been referred to the U.K.'s Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal, and accused of behaving “inappropriately” in relation to two unnamed individuals.
Manuel Lopez-Martinez is alleged to have “behaved inappropriately and/or engaged in conduct which he knew or ought to have known was unwanted” towards the individuals.
