Proskauer Rose is advising the new owners of Everton football sale, as long-term owner Farhad Moshiri finally offloads the football team.
U.S. company The Friedkin Group, owned by billionaire Dan Friedkin, announced it had finalised an agreement to acquire Moshiri’s majority stake in the Club yesterday.
