Apple’s subsidiaries in Belgium and France are being sued by the Democratic Republic of Congo over allegations of sourcing “blood minerals” from the Congolese territory for its popular consumer electronics.
The mineral-rich, central African nation is being advised by three boutique firms, Amsterdam & Partners in the U.S., Bourdon & Associés in France, and Jus Cogens in Brussels.
