Big Four Singapore law firm Rajah & Tann named a new head for its international arbitration, construction and projects group in China, strengthening its recently-launched Shenzhen office.

Construction and infrastructure disputes lawyer Michelle Li will succeed disputes partner Hew Kian Heong in the role, the firm said in a statement. Heong, who joined the firm in January this year from Herbert Smith Freehills' joint operation in the country, will continue to head up its Shenzhen outfit.
