Slaughter and May is advising Britain's Ministry of Defence on its £6 billion buyback of more than 36,000 military homes from property tycoon Guy Hands.
The deal marks an end to a long-running legal battle between Hands and the government, with Hands set to hand 36,347 homes, known as the Married Quarters Estates, back to the Ministry of Defence.
