Paul Hastings, Kirkland & Carlyle

Paul Hastings is advising German connectivity company TeamViewer on the acquisition of British digital employee experience platform 1E from Carlyle Europe Technology Partners, part of global investment firm Carlyle. The deal has an enterprise value of $720 million. Partners Nikolaos Paschos in Frankfurt and Jamie Holdoway in London led Paul Hastings’ team.

Meanwhile Kirkland & Ellis are advising Carlyle on entering into an investment agreement with Heidelberg-based software provider SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner (SNP) and the voluntary public takeover offer for all outstanding shares of SNP understood to be worth €450 million.
