While the firm has improved turnover and profit, it has also seen staff costs increase, a trend seen across London.

Pinsent Masons has nearly halved the amount it pays its top-earning partner, reducing the sum from £3.1 million in 2022-2023 to £1.6 million in 2023-24.
It is the second firm to do so after Fieldfisher, which slashed its highest partner pay from £6.3 million to £3.1 million.
