Morrison Foerster has made its second Asia partner hire in a week. The firm is doubling down on its private equity offering with the hire of Linklaters corporate partner Xiaoxi Lin in Hong Kong.
Admitted to practice in New York, Lin advises on private equity deals as well as mergers and acquisitions. He acts on control and leveraged buyouts, growth capital investments, and public takeovers. He also advises on take privates, special purpose acquisition companies (SPAC) listings and de-SPACs as well as private investment in public equity (PIPE) deal. He has particular experience in deals involving the Asia and U.S. nexus.
