Clifford Chance has bolstered its private credit offering with the addition of an Italian partner, just one day after the high-profile announcement that private equity heavyweight Bruce Embley was joining the firm.
White & Case partner Gianluca Fanti's practice focuses on advising Italian and global investment banks, funds and financial sponsors on bespoke structured debt solutions. He also has extensive experience advising banks on distressed investments and the establishment of alternative lending platforms and direct lending.
