Reon Legal, the Polish law boutique spun out of big German firm Noerr about seven months ago, has merged with the legal arm of a Polish professional services firm that wants to expand its work advising German clients.

Crido Group says it has some 430 tax consultants and financial due diligence experts. Its legal arm before the January 1 merger had over 40 lawyers, including five partners, and now has over 50. They advise in such practices as corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, labor law, dispute resolution and legal aspects of the real estate market, as well as litigation and white-collar crime.
