Danish firm Lundgrens has announced plans to cease operations on March 1 citing a series of partner exits among other reasons for the closure.

The firm says on its website that it has 75 lawyers, including 20 partners, but that number seems to be shrinking quickly. Lundgrens corporate and M&A partner Pia Lykke Mathiasen last week announced on LinkedIn that she and 12 other Lundgrens partners, accompanied by several employees, will join DLA Piper on March 1. “It's going to be great and we are looking very much forward to it,” Mathiasen’s post said.
