DLA Piper has chosen two long-time partners to lead its office in Peru in a management refresh that comes on the heels of the recruitment of a five-person tax team from a local firm.
M&A partner Luis Vargas and finance partner Sergio Barboza will co-manage the office in Lima, taking over from managing partner Ricardo Escobar, who will resume his leadership of the project finance and energy and natural resources practices.
