Corporate and trade attorneys who advise non-U.S. companies predicted that the second Trump administration will be chaotic and fast-moving, but full of legal opportunities as foreign companies look for guidance.

During a Wednesday panel titled, "How Will Non-U.S. Entities Be Affected by the Trump Administration," at the New York State Bar Association’s 2025 Annual Meeting, Howard Fischer from Moses & Singer and Robert Leo from the Meeks Sheppard Leo & Pillsbury trade boutique predicted a sea of regulatory changes within the cryptocurrency and trade spheres, all of which will make for a very busy next few years.

This “is an incredible opportunity for both U.S. and non-U.S. lawyers who want to help... companies” navigate the new environment, Fischer said.
