Rödl & Partner has expanded its presence in Poland by integrating a 25-member team from Hogan Lovells including two partners and 19 lawyers.

Rödl & Partner has expanded its Warsaw team with the hiring of 19 Hogan Lovells lawyers, increasing its Polish team to 180 legal advisers and notaries who have relocated to new offices. The Hogan Lovells team move was effective as of January 1.
Hogan Lovells' team brought their entire client portfolio, which includes Fortune 500 companies and well-known global brands, Rödl said in a statement today. The 19 lawyers will strengthen the firm's practices including tax, dispute resolution/litigation, real estate, antitrust, competition and economic regulation, and employment. Twenty-five people made the move from Hogan Lovells in all.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
