Ropes & Gray and Big Four Japanese firm Nishimura & Asahi are advising Bain Capital on its $634 million purchase of Japanese aircraft component manufacter, JAMCO Corporation, according to a person with knowledge of the deal.
JAMCO is being represented by another Big Four Japanese practice, Mori Hamada.
