U.S. outfit Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom has added a tax partner from Baker McKenzie to its London office to head up its tax controversy group in London.
Baker McKenzie lifer Patrick O’Gara is set to make the move after more than 20 years at the firm, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
